My first recipe post

Chorizo and King Prawn linguine
You will need
King prawns
Chorizo
Fresh basil
Olive Oil
A lemon squeezed
5 Garlic cloves
Fresh chili
linguine pasta
Serves between 3 and 4


First you need to roughly chop 200g of Spanish chorizo sausage and fry together with the garlic cloves and chili . Once the garlic is cooked through squeeze in the lemon and add the prawns. Give the prawns around 5 minutes to cook and tare up the basil and add to the ingredients. Then mix in the cooked linguine pasta till warmed thoroughly. Nice served a side salad of rocket and balsamic glaze.

Perfect pasta in less than 15 minutes.
